This course is mandatory for supervisors working under Norwegian offshore diving regulations and approved by the Norwegian Petroleum Directorate (NPD), and is preferred for diving supervisors in the UK & other sector.

The course teaches management and leadership skills to supervisory positions, or qualified supervisors wishing to improve their leadership skills.

Qualified diving supervisor or experienced air or closed bell diver, preferably (but not essential) with a recommendation from employer.
